Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
We only want the best for our Arthur's store customers & want to process your orders as quickly as possible. price all depends on location In light of this, your items may arrive in separate packages. You can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 days for all united kingdom addresses (for Europe addresses 3-7 days) for international addresses 7-14 days)
Please note if funds are pending we will not ship no items until we have cleared funds available if you can not wait we will refund you.
Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances – international customs delays, weather delays, etc. – these timelines are approximate. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner with an estimated delivery date.
Please note, we do not provide expedited shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact customer service before placing your order. We can let you know if delivery by your required date would be possible

Has my order been sent yet ?

Why are your prices so high?

We Are Independent business that sell at current market value. All prices are determine based on a variety of factors, including rarity, condition, size availability, and how quickly they wish to sell. Our staff only assists with assessing maximum market values and projecting potential sale times.

Which methods of payments can I use?
Depending on your region, we are able to accept the following forms of payment:

Are all products that arthur's store sells new and authentic?
Everything is guaranteed authentic and new. We only sell sneakers in brand new and unworn condition.
We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes, "grey market" items, or factory variants. All sneakers we sell are carefully and thoroughly inspected for condition and authenticity at multiple checkpoints before they're offered to customers. We are trained to identify any and all inconsistencies.

I am having a hard time checking out. Can you help me ?
We are sorry to hear you are not able to place an order. If you are unable to complete the checkout process, our system will give you an error message. We find that most customers are entering a shipping address that is not the billing address associated with their credit card. Please verify that the information you are entering matches what your bank has on file.

Why can't I return or exchange sneakers?
Since we operate entirely with rare & exclusive sneakers, and often with limited inventory, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. All sales with us are final.

Why was my order cancelled ?
There are various reasons for an order being canceled. However, we will notify you in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled along with the reason. Please note: we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Are customs and duties included in the shipping fee for international orders?
No. For all international orders, customs and duties due will be billed to you upon delivery of your package.
